coreboot is an open-source firmware stack for initialization of computers, aimed at being particularly lightweight and quick to boot. Most notable for its use by Google in Chromebooks, it can also be used to replace the stock proprietary BIOS (e.g. AMI Aptio) on many computers, including those on the 10h/15h platforms.

The 15h.org community develops a variant of coreboot for various fam10h and fam15h motherboards which are not supported in upstream Coreboot - see coreboot-15h.
