K10 dies 65 nm

These dies, named "Phenom", "Athlon" and some Opterons are notorious due to the TLB bug, which reduced their speed by about 10 to 20 percent.

Avoid these dies. Instead, use the 45 nm dies. 45 nm dies are usually named "Phenom II" or "Athlon II"
